Only put "N/A" under the "Name" column. Rest can be blank, but make sure you sign NOTE 1 section under section A that certifies you have never had a spouse.
In section B:
Do i put 'N/A' in all column of all row?
If you have no child just leave it blank, but make sure you sign NOTE 2 section under section B that certifies you have no child.
In section C:

Do i put 'N/A' in all column of all blank row?
Only put "N/A" under the "Name" column of the first row.
How and where I write the name of parents and brothers & sisters including my name?
If you mean where to write the names in your native language characters, you can put it in the same box you have entered the name in English.
Apreciated for your help and reply.
Please find the answers in red.
Good luck,

Thank you very much in deed.
I have one more question:
In page 2 of the form imm0008egen (Application for Permanent Residence)
Do I put only 'N/A' in the all column of the first row indicating the family name as I am unmarried? or just leave blank?

Thank you very much for your prompt reply and help.

Yes, just put N/A in the first row of the three family member areas.
Good luck,
