i landed in canada in december. me and my husband having problem from eachother so we start living separate from the next month.
in june 2012 we applied for a divorce together
but now its 2013 jan we didnt recieve any letter from court
as we mentioned in a file the we are living separate since jan 2012
I hav a PR but im wondering does divorce can effect it?
should i hire a lawyer for a divorce or i should wait court notice
its already 8 months and i couldnt get any progress.
plz help me out.
can my husband kick me out from canada? am i protected?
