Hi

i wish to apply for Federal Skill Worker..

I have all points cleared..

but few queries as following

1) i Have experience in POL list for 3 years and 4 years experience outside POL list. So how many points i get for work experience if i apply for Federal Skill Worker.
21 points or 19 points.

2) also i have my relatives in Canada. My Maternal Uncle (Mama) was citizen of Canada now he is died but her wife means my Maternal Aunt (Mami) is still there and she is citizen of Canada. So do i get points for relatives on my Maternal Aunt?

3) Do i have to attach any written application or covering letter like most people do with assessment like What is my name, How many points do i cover and language abilities etc..

Can u please answer asap.

regards

I am not sure what you mean by POL list. But I answer some of your queries.

You may show any of the relatives in your application as long as you have the documentary proof to confirm relationship. But in your case I am doubtful.

You may attach covering letter concerning all details that you have assumed. But they do their own calculations as set in their assessing parameters.

Wait for others to comment too.

1. What is POL.
2. If it would have been your Uncle - Mama then point would have been awarded. But I doubt for your Maami. Let PMM clarify it.
3. It is not compulsory but many applicants do.

Thanks for explaining the abbreviation. Out of your total 7 years 3 years will count as per 38 ministerial list which you call POL. If your 4 years work exp is in the Skill Type 0, A and B then also it will count.

To have more information on category 0, A or B please read
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/FAQ.aspx

What are NOC Skill Types and Skill Levels?

The first digit of the NOC code identifies the Skill Type of an occupation.
•1 corresponds to Skill Level A
•2 or 3 correspond to Skill Level B
•4 or 5 correspond to Skill Level C
•6 corresponds to Skill Level D
Skill Level A represents occupations usually requiring university education. Skill Level B refers to occupations usually requiring college education or apprenticeship training.

You have to fill your entire history from 18 years old. There you can put the Sick Drop (HOME) as you were sick. Be genuine in this case they will surely accept your justification. or if you have your sickness proof you also submit that.
