Check the 38 NOC's if your job descriptions are refelecting with one of them try to go with it. Doesn't matter that your current designation must match with one of 38 occupations. but make sure that you must have one year full time or full time equivalent paid work experience within last ten years to qualify under FSW 1.hemant.pandya said:

Seems like with no Masters degree, you dont qualify, and the point required for FSW is 67, not 71.

Thank you for all your comments. The picture seems a little clear to me now.
The sad part is that i have scheduled my Test for IELTS on 5th of September.
I have started my current job in April as IT Coordinator & may be the designation will change to IT & Administrator Incharge in 3 months time. By next year April i will have 1 continous year full time Paid Experience. My doubt here is that in this year my designation will change, will that be counted as Valid or should i have 1 continous year in a particular designation? After i complete a year in april, i am thinking to immediately apply in the month of May. This way my IELTS score will be valid as well if i take the test on 5th Sep.
Applying in the month of May immediately, will that be a right decision for me to take?
Please advice on this.

never mind the post title, match the duties.......... also be sure the same questions will rise on the visa officers' head that comes in your,,,,,,, so dont make any loopholes in your application..... if u r serious about moving , then its wise to be patience, hold on to make your one year continuous full time work with matching duties, it will be strong application then.

I will apply in coming june under FSW 1. By then i will have the experience i need, 1 full year.
