Hi, unfortunatly, i got pregnent of only 2-weeks and i was not informed about it. I also undergone visa medicals. Then, I asked to clinic about any abnormality, they said that my medical reports are normal. I became satisfied. 2-days back, i got some treatment of my stomach pain, doctor said that i am pregnent. Please tell me my PR visa will reject or not. I am ready for abortion.
You must inform visa office immediately your baby is born. Basically, before you land in Canada, if baby is born or about to born, you MUST inform your visa office, but if visa is issued and you plan to land before delivery, then it is fine, there are no issues. but make sure to land well before that, as maternity waiting period is applicable in most of states to cover health insurance except Alberta.
If you plan to land before delivery, and your visa is issued, even though you will have to inform your visa office.
There are many cases where applicants didn't inform visa office about their marriage status or family composition before landing or at landing and they were denied entry & visa was cancelled. So be careful.
I am not sure about your current status of your application. Once you get visa, try to land immediately before delivery..
Wish you best of luck.
