Hi. I would be thankful if you helped me. I lost the hard copy of tge WES report. Can I print the pdf online version? I am sending my docs in 2 days to Ontario and don't have time to order its duplicate version.

OINP asks for copies of WES and hence you should be good sending out the print of PDF version.

No need to mention it's the PDF version. I have both for my spouse (mine got lost in the mail somehow) and they're almost the same. The differences are cosmetic and we should all be fine with just the PDF in our hands. Best wishes to you.

you can send PDF version also. they ask for copies. if your application will be accepted then there are chances that they ll ask you to send one copy of eca certificate from WES directly.I read on this blog that they are asking for this from applicants.

WES hard copy do has WES stamp. Only the pdf version is not stamped .

Apply for an additional copy from WES, meanwhile draft a LOE stating that unfortunately you have not received the package or misplaced the WES report and could not find it and you have requested WES to send an additional copy for the same, and for now I am submitting the report in PDF format sent by WES. You would be happy to provide the hard copy as soon as you receive it from WES. Attach the acknowledgment of you requesting WES for an additional copy and all related docs you have received from WES.

Do not panic. It is not a big issue. It is not a fraud if you loose a document. You can buy time by explaining it to them.

Copy will work, dont worry, print that copy and send. OINP has asked for copies only not the original ones.
