I don't know what you mean by that. These are scammers with no connection to Canada or the Canadian government. They are just trying to get your money. Don't give them any money. Stop responding to their emails and calls.

They can't do that. They are trying to scare you and get money out of you. Tell them you are reporting them to the police as fraudsters and to stop contacting you.
I have received such same job offer mail from canadaempowernment.com and lady tellcaller have insisted me to give me Managerial Job at Allen Electronic at Canada. Even they have arranged a telephonic verification call from USA, but I didnt respond to it. After that Lady telecaller named Preeti Singh giving me repeated calls, same i didnt make any kind of respond to her calls.
