please help me, just one question

I am going to finish my undergraduate in Saskatchewan this summer,
now I am thinking about taking a diploma in UBC(11 classes, usually finished within 10-24 month depending how many classes do u take each term)
I am just wondering if I will get 3 year post graduate working permit after the diploma.
or just 1 year work permit.

You'll get a 3 years PGWP whether you took the diploma or not because you already completed your undergraduate studies which are usually 3 years or 4.

I want to know if i can apply 3 years PGWP in a year( after the diploma), but not now
PGWP need to be applied within 3 month after the graduation, so obviously in 1 year I cant apply based on my undergraduate degree

You will still get 3 years. Check the following

Students holding a one‑year graduate degree or diploma from a provincially or territorially accredited post‑secondary educational/training institution in Canada after having obtained, within the prior two years, a diploma or degree from an accredited post‑secondary educational/training institution in Canada may qualify for a three‑year work permit.
