please help me in finding university
my profile
matric=67%
inter=61%
b.com (2 years)=59%
Ielts = 6 band (L6.5,S 5.5,W6,R,5.5)
i also have English proficiency letter

in what university i should apply and chances to get addmission?
please help me i am totally confused

I think they are only interested in your IELTS. A letter can be written by anyone.
