Hi All,

Please help me which option i should choose in Physical Presence Calculator;

EXAMPLE 1 :

(Study permit valid beyond that date but PGWP issued on 30 august 2013).

Date eligibility period start : 2013-06-13 to 2013-08-29 (international student)
Date temporary worker permit PGWP : 2013-08-30 to 2016-04-21
(here is 30-august PGWP issued date and put the date before day of PR issued on 2016-04-22)

Example 2:
(Study permit valid beyond that date but started full time job on 07-23 while PGWP application in progress).

Date eligibity period start : 2013-06-13 to 2013-07-22 (international student)
Date temporary worker permit PGWP : 2013-08-23 to 2016-04-21 (job started on 08-23 till PR)

Please advise which example i choose ?

I think you should choose option 1 because your legal status is considered as temporary worker only when a PGWP is officially issued.. Hope it helps..
