Hi,
I have encountered a problem in my immigration case that I thought you may be able to help me on it.
I have received my letter on 21 January 2009, that means I should send all my documents till May 20. The problem is that I have placed the IELTS test on 30 April and the result would be ready till 18 May. So, it may not be possible to send the whole document package till 20 May even by DHL!
What do you suggest me to do? sending other documents and after that sending the IELTS result later or just waiting for the result and sending the whole package together even with the risk of not arriving at the mentioned date (within 120 days)?

I would be happy if you can help me in this matter.

Hi,
I have placed the IELTS test on 30 April and the result would be ready till 18 May.

IELTS results are normally available within 13 days. Even if you get it by 15th than you can send the full package.

My suggestion would be to send all documents together. Write to visa office requesting extra time with reason for your request.

CIC has said that there will be no extensions of the 120 days.
