I applied for the immigration a few months ago, and I got my file number. Now I am preparing the required documents for final approval. I have a few problems:

1- I am a resident of Dubai, and I am working for some a training company as an IT manager, but my resident visa is from some other company. What can I do in case they requested for the labor contact which I don’t have?

2- My company is relocating at this time, and they don’t have a landline number at the moment, and it might take them sometime to relocate because of the financial crisis in Dubai. What would happen in case the officer called the number mentioned in the experience letter?

3- My wife has an uncle in Canada who refused to provide any personal documents for unknown reason. Is it still possible to include his name as a relative and provide my wife’s father’s passport copy? Can the officer check from his end?

Thank you,

1. You will have to provide appointment/offer letter, experience/reference letters from all the employers you have worked with...So if your labour contract suffice as appointment letter, then you would need that...

2. That should not be a major problem, if you feel so, draft one letter to CHC mentioning the same.

3. Just by including relative's name will not gain you 5 points... You will have to provide his/her documents...like credit card bills, telephone/mobile phone bills, bank statements, etc... So if her uncle is not going to provide any documents, I recommend, not to mention his name...

Thanks.

Yes... you can submit the same with your application... If any inquiry / cross verification happens, you do not have to worry about it as things are legal from your end...

Good luck...

In fact it is not legal in Dubai to work for any one but the person who gives you the visa, however we usually buy the visa to work freely, is it a problem for my application?

Thank you very much again, and sorry for the questions, but i really invested a lot of money in this.

Submit your application man... As discussed, include all the credentials that you have, like offer letter, salary slips, etc... Also get one reference letter / bonafide certificate from your current employer mentioning your designation, joining date and job duties/responsibilities... Get it signed and stamped...
