I got mu gic certificate but college receipt is taking si long. I trasferred my college fees on13 november. Should i apply for visa with wire tranfer receipt from bank or should i wait?

Yaa definitely you can apply by using your bank payment receipt.

wait for ur college receipt.dont apply with bank wire receipt. and mail ur college for giving fee receipt immediately. in email u write that u r getting late for applying visa and if possiblwle try to call ur college.
