Please help me friends Student Visa Rejection from india

Hello everyone,

I am a student from INDIA. I applied for a canadian student visa about one and a 2 weeks ago, but sadly my visa has been refused 2 days ago on the following grounds mentioned by the visa officer at canadian high commission:

1.You have submitted documentation which lacks crediblity as part of your application.This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission.

2.i am not satisfied that you have answered truthfully all questions put to you.

Firstly i would like to till you about my details.I completed my BE in computer science and engg,My father is landlord and we are also having a

fertilizer shop .I applied for my pg diploma in

network system technology.The list of documents i submitted at chc are:

1. My bank loan of 15lakshs

2.my job experience letter

3.my pay slips.

4.my fathers one year bank statement

5.my bank statement since last 6 moths.

Can anybody give me advice that how can i prove all my documents are genuine.how can i explain them that i answered truthfully.I planed to reapply for my student visa again.so that i am requesting you friends to give me a clear idea so that i can submit my documents clearly.

You should ask them which documents they think are fake or unreliable. Then you should provide further documents (may be with proper attestation if required) to prove that you didn't lie about anything.

1 Student Application Form
2 Representation Form if relevant
3 Personal Information Form
4 Study Permit Questionaire
5 Passport Original
6 Two passport size photographs
7 Demand Draft for relevant Fees or pay in cash.

1 Offer Letter
2 IELTS Score 6.5 Bands/Tofel Score 237
3 Receipt of First Semester Tution Fees
4 Academic Certificate from 10th onward
5 Extra Curricular Certificates of any kind from any standard.
6 Reference Letter minimum two either from ur employer or from the institute or schools you studied
7 Statement of Purpose (very important)
7 Resume (must show your employment details if you are employed)
8 Income Tax Statement of yours or Pay Slips or Salary Slips upto 2 yrs or lesser if your are employed for lesser period
9 Salary Account Statement for relevant Period
8 Loan Sanction Letter
9 Loan Disbursement Letter (Loan Amount must be in around 3-5 lakh if course is 1 - 2 yrs or 7-8 lakh if course is 3-4 yrs what it must not exceed 9 lakh)

1 Affidavit of support from your parents
2 Affidavit of support from your sponsor if other then your parents must be first blood relation and give proof of that relation

1 Father's PAN Card
2 Father's Voter ID
3 Father Provident Fund if any
3 Business Card
4 Registration Certificates of Father's Buiness.
4 Income Tax Statement of your father for last two years

E
1 if land is given on lease then lease deed.
2 if land is your own or taken on lease by you then J - Forms of past two years related to agriculture income.

1 Banking Statements for last 2 yrs./ Photocopy of Passbook entries maybe added.
2 FDIs
3 Shares Certificates/Bonds
4 Postal Savings
5 Insurance Certificate or Jewelery may be included
6 Mutual Funds

G
1 Registration Papers of your all Immovable property (House, Agriculture Land, Business Premises) with maps.
2 Valuation of Immovable Property from a Chartered Architecture, even if your Tehsildar or Patwari have valued it by himself.
3 A Chartered Accountant Statement of movable and immovable asset / annual income.
4 Photocopy of Passport.


All documents from B to G must be notorised except statement of purpose and resume.

Please don't give him a hard time. I would suggest that he might find an educational institution that would admit him as a student to start with.

why dint u apply under spp....
