Hello. I successfully got my husband a TRV before I gave birth. Last feb. We applied january 13 and got the approval on jan26 then my husband flew Feb6. And he is still in canada. I applied for inland Sponsorship. We got aor, and now waiting for the OWP. Hope ur husband gets here before u go on delivery.. im not giving u hopes but in my case i did went well!

This is exactly the reason they will refuse the other's visas. Your husband didn't return to his home country.

I am a newly PR holder.waiting for sponsoring my husband, not yet started the processing.I came as QSW category. But moved to Toronto.I am pregnant and I live here with my daughter. My first application got rejected by telling that I have to sponsor him under family class and they are not sure whether we follow the rules of temporary resident status. Now I am going to apply again by stating the purpose of visit as social tourism as well as for delivery. We gathered documents like employment letter, his leave letter bank balance and medical certificate from midwife herein Canada. Please suggest me is there any possibility to get visa?

I'm sure CIC is not really impressed that you didn't settle in Quebec. I'm not sure whether you are living off of funds from your home country but I can't imagine you can work with a young child and being heavily pregnant. It seems unlikely that you worked enough hours to qualify for maternity leave but wanted so I wanted to warn you that if you apply for ontario works (welfare) you will not be able to sponsor your husband.

i landed as pr in canada 2 months before i'm waiting for my pr card
i got engaged 2 weeks before with a boy from new york he was here for a week now he wants me to go and visit him..
i live in canada with my family and i have a job
so when i apply for us visa as a visitor should i tell them that i'm engaged so they won't think i'll stay there or i should not tell them?

True but just like what I have said, it did work for us. I just give it a shot actually.

Yes you were lucky but it is nothing people should count on. It seems like the OP had assumed her husband would be approved and now is alone with her child and expecting another one soon. It is a sad situation but it is quite common that women who are pregnant expect to be reunited with their spouses while processing their spousal sponsorship. The majority are actually Canadian citizens but had not researched adequately before to know that the likely outcome would be a refusal.

Guys , our agent applied for TRV on 15th july , we got submission confirmation on 16th july .
We have applied for spousal immigration as well .
My husband is sponcoring me , he resides in canada and I live in Pakistan .
We submit the fee for biometrics , but still biometric request not recieved .
What should I do ?
