These forms can be tricky! I think I have filled this one out right. I am sponsoring my husband and our 9 month old son, so :
4) 1
5 A) 2
And everything else 0 except for 7) which is 3!
Correct?

I am applying to sponsor my husband. We live in Hong Kong and we just had a baby. I am a homemaker. Both me and baby depend on my husband financially. Will this disqualify me from being a sponsor?

Also will I need to count our baby in under question 6b?- "every other family member not included above and dependent on you financially".

whats should i do?? should i refill the imm5481 and send again? or wait still the immigration informs me ?

I am a sponser sponsering my husband to canada, he has a child who will not be immigrating with him. do i as the sponser complete IMM5481 and IMM1283 or either or neither
