hello everyone... my husband sponsored me from Canada (family class spouse)...I am Pakistani... he is a permanent resident...he mailed part 1 and part 2 to Canada visa office... but what is part 3??? we have to mail this form to Islamabad visa office or somewhere else??? m really very confused??? please help me

Part 3 is the region specific information and requirements. For Pakistan, you would use:

It should have been part of your overall application package that was mailed to CIC

thanx keesio for your helped... but we had already mailed part 1 and part 2 to Mississauga visa office and my husband got an acknowledgement letter and they give us file number and what to do with the part 3... should we submit to Canada high commission Islamabad???

I'm not sure. If you husband is currently living in Canada, I suggest he calls the CIC call centre to ask.
