Anu po ginawa ng consultant niyo po?. at anu po pinasa niyo sa immigration? Dont know to do po.. Pero kau po ba ang nasa canada or asawa niyo po?.

Kapag nakausap na po kayo ng consultant alam na niya po kung ano na po ang gagawin.. asawa ko po ang nasa canada..

may consultant ako sa dito sa canada. sabi niya need ko umuwi ng pinas at punta ako sa lawyer kung saan kami kumuha ng cohabitation. nung nasa pinas ba asawa niyo po eh single ung status niya nung bago siya ppunta ng canada?.

If you lived with your girlfriend for more than one full year before coming to Canada, then you were no longer classified as a dependent of your father's and obtained PR status through fraud / misrepresentation. Yes - you should expect problems.

it is registered in our statistics office..will i encounter any problems? I was an accompanying dependent sponsored by my father and after 5 months i went back to the philippines to marry my gf. Im planning to sponsor them asap..thanks sir

Hi po. Im in the same situation po. I dont know what to do. My husband has an interview on january. 2weeks lang po vacation ko last may when we got married so we acquired po yung affidavit of cohabitation although di po tlaga kmi ng live in 5years. But we did po just lesser lang yung years. We migrated here in canada po last May 2018 dependent po ako ng mom ko. then umiwi po ako ng pinas para magpakasal ng may 2019. Help po. Ano po dapat gawin namen? Thank u.

Hire an immigration lawyer. Since you and your husband were common law partners (I assume you have lived together for at least 1 year?) then you and your mother misrepresented by still claiming you are a dependent. The forms clearly state what common law is and what a dependent is. At this point, only an immigration lawyer is qualified to help you.

Would also recommend using English so that more people can understand and attempt to help.

Just saw your message.. in process pa din kami.. nakareceive na husband ko ng prearrival. Start na din background check. Pinaulit medicals nya kasi expired na yung una. So I think maapprove naman app nya kahit ngkaprob aa art 34..
