i already got Admission without ielts, need to know from expert that is ielts s is really compulsory for Getting Visa ? or may i apply without IELTS Expert Advice Please ? i have 5.5 Score. Applying for Post Graduate Course

Any one can get admission without ielts, but you have show ielts when you applying visa minimum 6 bands is mandatory.

Anyway wait for expert advice.

If ur LOA is conditional then its very risky to apply,, don't apply with it,

my visa got approved without IELTS and i don't why people include their grades in visa application when applying for student visa.

Actually here no one apply for visa with grade,you just include the certificates and not grades,and if your studies was in english you don't need IELTS

It is up to College or University if they approve your application with out IELTS. It is not visa(study permit) requirment.
Even I got approved with out it by University of Regina and Applied for S.P from Uk.
You should apply.

Well I think it's okay if your LOA is conditional. Since sometimes you got LOA form the university said you need to get your GPA some points at the final at the semester. But you cannot wait for the end of the semester to apply for a visa.
