I would tell you that he can apply for only 1 wife and only those children whom she gave birth to, because you need to submit birth certificates and family certificates along with other documents which clearly state mother's n father's name on it so forget about cheating CHC, like he did with his wives, bcuz they check each n everything and i guess he don't wanna loose his case with some silly mistake..

No when he read your answer he start to cry because he love all his sons and daughter,he is financialy excellant,though he obtain higher degree in engeneering but he and his father hold many supermarkets,restaurants and hotels but feeling of insecurity in his country he want to move to CANADA

Have you ever thought what your women (your unfortunate wives) will go through once they know that have you married four? Remember, you have married to women (a great great human being) and not the child breeding machines to appease your lust. They also have feelings. Almighty Allah will teach you a lesson for sure. What type of example you are setting? If you have guts, you should have married openly by the permission of other wives. Don't show your ugly face here and blame the religion.

Secret marriages are not allowed in Islam. Secret marriage can be anything but it is not a marriage. You are allowed to have four wives, but it can't be secret.

If your friend have four wives, I can't understand that why he wants to go to Canada. He is already in Heaven.

You have received some very good information that Canada does not allow Polygamy. Your friend has not let us know if he desires to bring only one wife or all four of them except that one of the wives has a bachelor degree.

Another information you received here was the fact that only the 1st wife would be eligible for Immigration....now if she's the one with Bachelor's degree then he is in luck! or else he will lose 4 points there. So, does he qualify?

I had asked you, if he was eligible with the current MI3 list.....and I am still waiting for the answer.

Its good that your friend is a wealthy person with many businesses and can provide financial assistance but the bottomline is he has done a grave mistake by keeping the other women in dark and you/he cannot expect sympathy for this. He has done something which his own religion does not allow....what do you expect us to do...wipe his tears and welcome him to Canada?? What is the guarantee that he will not repeat his ACT once in Canada? He has breached the trust once and for ever.

This is an offence to humanity....no pardon here.

His problem is that he is married to four women ,is he allowed to apply for immigration? and whether an application for each one of the wives in private without the knowledge of the other, because all his marriages are secret .

Yes if any one of the wife in her marriage contract has include a condition like she wont agree if he marry some other women , then we can say he is wrong. If no such condition is there in all his 4 marriage contract then he is not wrong.

when i meant he can marry without consnt/permission of other woman it means secrecy too.... and any muslim women is awareof that. ....if she fears that he will marry other women then she should have a marriage contract where she can input her conditions.

What if the women he married are NON - Muslim and are unaware of his religion and bindings and the freedom associated with it?

I strongly believe that we are not making any POSITIVE contribution....so please consider this my last post on this thread.
