Please help! IMM5707 can't be validated

Hi everyone! I'm applying for a study permit online. I have signed and validated the other forms smoothly. However, when I worked on IMM5707, Family Information, I could not validate it. I downloaded the form from canada.ca (so this is the latest version with a Validate button, different from the older version of the form), I used Standard Adobe Acrobat, the latest version, and I filled out the form without any mistakes. When I clicked the Validate button, nothing happened. I tried to work on various copies of this form but it didn't work. I would be grateful to learn from your experiences and solutions. Your status expiry date in the answer you provided previously does mot correspond to the restoration of your form.
