Hi! What if there was no proposal made between me and my partner. In our 10 years of our relationship, we've been always talking our future, our plans and also our marriage. When I got here in Canada, we decided to get married because same-sex marriage here is legal. My question is what should we answer question # 12 and 13? Thanks.

I would answer truthfully. Attach a seperate page stating what #'s you are answering and explain your non proposal.

Agreed. Just explain that throughout the relationship you two have discussed marriage and your life together, but there was no one time when one of you proposed to the other.

I agree - it's super important to be 100% truthful throughout the process. Just describe your situation in detail.
