My Paper Based Application Status showing in my Online Linked account (which I linked without getting UCI) "Cancelled as Incomplete", but they didn't show any reason of that, since two days. I don't find my application returned back yet. I am so tense. My Application got delivered on 24 June, 2016 at Sydney and my IELTS expired on 21 June. Is this the main reason IELTS expiry?

This is what i found on CIC website:
If the status is closed, it means that a final decision has been reached on your application.
If the status is cancelled, it means that before a final decision was made, IRCC determined that we did not need to process the application. This could be due to:
• an administrative error and your application needs to be re-created by IRCC,
• an extension of status is required before a permit application can be processed,
• IRCC determined that your application was incomplete, and/or
• IRCC determined you do not need what you applied for.

It could be an error on their part

What was your NOC code when you applied for PR? My NOC code is 1122 (A) and their website says that IELTS is mandatory for NOC C and D

There hard and fast rule is that, if IELTS was enclosed in the Provincial Application then it would also be in the PR application.

I don't think so. I know a lot of people working under NOC 0 and A and got their PR without IELTS. It all depends on your NOC. I called MPNP and Immigration who advised me that if it's NOC 0, A or B, you don't require IELTS. Your case would have been for some different reason

What was the NOC code issued to you by MPNP. I gave a different code when I applied and the code in nomination letter is different

Dear All

Please guide me for ILETS expired..

I applied SINP on Jan 2014 for CIVIL Engineer NOC CODE 2131 . In that time, expiry date of IELTS was 21 July 2014.

Now ILETS is expired ...but still me case is in process at SINP level. they asked for updated bank statement and submitted it last week..

Now I am worried for situation after nomination...still i am waiting for nomination , hopefully i will be nominated in the month of Nov/Dec 2014.

But I have question regarding expiry ILETS, If I apply further to CIO after nomination then should I submit the ILETS or not because ILETS is expired now.

please suggest me for the situation after nomination...........CIO level.....
