Please help!!! IELTS got expired during nomination process at SINP

Dear All

Please guide me for ILETS expired..

I applied SINP on Jan 2014 for CIVIL Engineer NOC CODE 2131 . In that time, expiry date of IELTS was 21 July 2014.

Now ILETS is expired ...but still me case is in process at SINP level. they asked for updated bank statement and submitted it last week..

Now I am worried for situation after nomination...still i am waiting for nomination , hopefully i will be nominated in the month of Nov/Dec 2014.

But I have question regarding expiry ILETS, If I apply further to CIO after nomination then should I submit the ILETS or not because ILETS is expired now.

please suggest me for the situation after nomination...........CIO level.....

You need to register and write IELTS as soon as possible. IELTS (a valid one) is one of the requirements for CIO application processing. This cannot be waived for whatever reason.

there is no other way , you have to give your ielts exam again that is for sure .

Hello,

There is no mandatory language testing requirement for skilled positions for applying under PNP at federal level & NOC 2131 comes under skill Level A (skilled).

I applied under skill level B without any proof of language testing results and I have received my AOR

Hello,

For me, I will suggest you to take the exam while you still have enough time. It is better to be prepared than sorry in the end. You will never know if they will ask for it or not. To be in the safe side, take the exam

This was likely a paper-based nomination and was a different process from Express Entry.

dear nothing is mentioned regarding the ielts requirement for noc A and noc B level skilled occupations.....I have thoroughly searched the website for this as I am also in the same boat..,...I asked sinp for this and they adviced me to sit for the test again as your test is expiring in less than a One month time.,...they told me to send valid language results with the CIC paper based application.......we can say information is unavailable on the website

Also no doubt people who didn't send IELTS certificate with app also got the PR...

So all depends on CIC....
