i sent my passport to Ottawa on DEC 19 by Canada post. Canada post website says Out for delivery for last week. It doesnt show its been delivered. i called Canada post they said to me its been delivered on Dec 23 but i haven't got any confirmation from CIC. should i be worried seniors please advise

If canadapost says it's been delivered on dec 23 there's no need to worry
It's also Christmas week with fewer staff on at CIC - as they explained in a previous email to you they had just received mail from the 18th so yours will arrive there soon.

This isn't a bad situation - it's a process so stop panicking

Hey lpc19800

when you say explained in previous email.. what do you mean by that? my application was delivered to CIC on Dec 27th... should I be expecting any email from CIC confirming the same or the next confirmation/email from CIC will be directly for AOR (if everything is in place)?

normally CIC does not send any confirmation. You will just have to trust Canada Post.

In one of your previous posts on this website you wrote that CIC told you they were working on mail received from dec 18
