Hi,

I am not able (or dont want to go to one of my previous employer) to get my work reference from one of my previous employer.

I have total of 7 years of experience. Out of which, I only want "Immigration Canada" to consider my latest 4 years of work.

Can I really do that? I still have adequate points to qualify for PR.

I dont really want to go to one of my previous employer. I have gathered all of my documents, now only stuck with this.

Help please,
Thanks.

If you have reference letter for 4 years including 1 year for occupation in list of 38 MI occupations then you should be able to convince IO of your eligibility. For remaining experience provide appointment and relieving letter that may be sufficient

Would that be considered misreprentation by not revealing the complete work history for the past 10 years? On the other hand, how would CIC find out about this?
If you can't get reference you can explain to CIC why you can't get reference from a certain employer.
Either way, it is your call.. I was just throwing some thoughts...
good luck
