when I click my checklist everything is completed except PERSONAL DETAILS which says 'In progress' which I've filled everything out , but it keeps asking me for my passport even though its already listed and if i try to add it again it says 'Document must not match a previously entered record' help me please Im so confused theres no other options to click ! :'(
