Please help! I cannot get points for my Canadian education-Express Entry

Hi,

I submitted my application for the Express Entry, but I cannot seem to get additional points in my EE profile because I studied in Canada and have a master's degree from a Canadian university. Why? Please help! I have updated my profile so many times, but it still says:

"CRS - Canadian education 0"

Please help!!!

Did you answer YES to the question "Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses"? This seems to be a common mistake.

Yes, I did! It still shows 0 points for my Canadian Education.... what to do? does anyone please help me!!!???

maybe i should stop touching my EE at all for now? as i updated all forms many times... coz i am concerned

hey, i updated so many times, but my Canadian education still says 0....( why? should i call them? however, there are two sections:

1. CRS - Human Capital - Level of Education - I got points for this
2. CRS - Canadian education 0 - I did not get anything for this....

Why?
