My Job offer with LMIA is NOC C. I thought they will decide first if my Job offer is allowed to be able to receive an initiation to apply. Out of shock, I got an invitation. I sent all the documents. Please help me to explain everything to me if I violated any from CIC rules and regulations.

Thank you for the one who will answer my uncertainties.

You shouldn't have claimed arranged employment. It's misrepresentation and you need to withdraw your application.

Yes - it's 100% that you will be refused. If CIC wants to pursue misrepresentation, they could also give you a 5 year ban from Canada.

Withdraw your application now.

Okay. :(( I'll do it but even though I posted all the truthful information Will I still be accused of Misrepresentation?

Why take the chance? You have zero chance of being approved since you only have 322 points. Withdraw your application.

okay thank you for your help. I applied last September 9. The CIC online account is down. hays I have to wait.

scylla I can't see the withdraw button in my account. what should I do?

It is on the 'home page' so to say when you log in- you should be able to see a 'Withdraw Application' at the bottom of the page, where you see the status of your profile.

EDIT
Here is an image:

Is there any chance that they will remove the withdraw button if the application is in the middle of the process? because I submitted mine last September 9 2015 and they requested for additional document.

I honestly don't know, I have not yet received my ITA.
I added a picture to my previous post so you know exactly where to find the button- try to see if it is there?

Just curious what the NOC code is for your job? Is it 4214?

there is no withdraw button on my account I'll call CIC on monday. I have question, what would be the reason of Misrepresentation even though I was being honest in all the question they asked from the form?

There is a chance that this is viewed as you claiming arranged employment when you don't have any- even though the application form you furnished itself had no misinformation within itself, the points you were awarded were given on the basis of information that was not true, because you failed to, advertently or inadvertently, communicate the status of your employment within Canada properly.
It is in your best interest to get this application withdrawn ASAP. Maybe try calling them today- I don't know if CIC is open on Saturday, but there is no harm in trying.

CIC is closed during saturday. But didn't they process the application first before they send an INVITATION TO APPLY? I have an existing job offer and its true and valid it happens that this is not skilled 0 A B. Aside from that, in there website there is an option on the job title Home child provider. I know on my mind they there is no chance It will be acceptable, but I still give a try. Out of shock, they sent an ITA. Hayyysss. But of course withdrawal is for sure. it just bothering me.

They do not process your application before they send an invitation to apply- they just look at the points given to you by the system, which in itself is predicated on the assumption that you have given them the correct information (which is why this can count as misinformation).
Since you applied under the Federal Skilled Worker stream, and since you claimed arranged employment, the natural assumption was that you are claiming arranged employment for a skilled occupation, i.e. NOC 0, A, or B. Your job offer is technically valid, and none of the information in your application is falsified- the issue is just that you have misrepresented your offer of employment as skilled, when it is not.

For child care workers, there is a separate stream to apply from. You can read more about it here.

okay thank you so much! it really helps me!

So, there is now withdrawal on my application. Should I write a letter to withdraw my account and send it to them?

Thanks again!
