Please help how to update CIC re change mailing and home address of co-applicant

Hi forum members,

Anybody here did an update to CIC regarding changing mailing or home address online or any other means in CEC application for co-applicant like spouse? My wife had just arrived two weeks ago in BC Canada from the Philippines on an open work permit.

It's super easy to do in ecas

Alternatively you can send CIC an email. Just remember to include the application details so they know whose file to update

I changed my address using the same link. But mind you, it does not happen right away.

It will take minimum 3 weeks. In my case, it took a bit more than 4 weeks for the change of address to get updated in your ECAS.

I didn't read any information how to change address of co-applicant in this link below but, yes, for principal applicant this link will works.

I sent CIC an email and supplied the new address. Hopefully that will work.
