I have got an ITA. About the submission of documents, we have take scanned copy of documents but which format should be use? pdf ? also there are multiple documents for each section, should we combine them in a single file or we can zip different files together and upload the zipped folder? please help.

There is information about the format CIC expects the documents to be in on the page where you upload your documents.
And yes, per "Document" all in one PDF if it's multiple pages.
