Please help! forgot to send my photo in my visa application!

Hey guys,

I sent my student visa application (to extend my visa) to Ottawa yesterday by Xpress mail and left out the two photographs!!! What do I do?? Is there a way I can send the photos separately by any chance? Help, freaking out here!!

Yes you can. You can confirm this by calling or emailing them. But I guess the general procedure is to send the Photographs in a separate envelope and mention your UCI (Client Number) that is on your Study Permit and Name and DOB on the back side of the pictures. They will have a reference this way. Also, i'm not sure but see if mailing them and telling them that you have sent them now helps.

I hardly doubt they will send it back so that you can just put in 2 Snaps and send it all over again.

When I e-mailed them, they replied with some useless e-mail. However I will call them first thing in the morning thank you, kind person!

Yup. Do so .. I remember I read this issue somewhere and it was mentioned that you can send the missing documents with a reference. Worst case, CIC will send you a notification saying that you have to submit the photographs. It will just add up to the total processing time.
