Very sneaky. If I had a brand new baby I would be telling the whole world!! How exciting and bright my family's future is. We applied while my wife was pregnant. Now we have our visas, the plan is I am landing and soon after that my wife and baby are joining me.
Wouldn't that be exactly how it should have went down?

why lie

The longer they go on with this absurd idea that Canada will just be okay with it. The worse their case gets. And that baby not with his parents. In the most crucial time.

It's seems they think if they renounce pr takes long to reapply

Did you add your baby as a dependent in your app, and do a medical exam?

No I don't have one. But I was just saying for example. This is what I would have done. Shouted from the roof tops! Could have been a momentous occasion for that lil family. I hope they withdraw and try again the proper way. That goodness for ppl like you giving good solid advice. My husband was refused, we waited the 2 yrs to win a 2 hr appeal. Atm his file sitting at dm since August 10. Rabat vo.

She is going to inform VO at airport that we have 4months old child at home and explain our situation in detail. We have not misinterpreted anything. My consultant had sent them an email mentioning my wife's pregnancy at the time of her medical to centralize intake office, nova scotia.

Any updates on what happened to your wife?

If he had declared the child while landing, as he should have, the border agent would not have let him land, but probably would have let him enter, so he could attend an admissibility hearing.
The original poster should find an immigration lawyer in Canada and see about filing for Humanitarian and Compassionate considerations. No guarantees, but it sometimes works. Since the child is outside of Canada, they do not have to consider the H&C application, but they can.
H &C approval rates are low plus they can come back say he did not declare the baby when landing

And did you try to sponsor your child for PR yet??

If not, you will probably find your child is banned forever to be sponsored under family class, since they didn't undergo a medical exam or were properly included in your own PR app before you yourself landed as a PR.

This would only not be much of an issue, if the child was already a Canadian citizen by being born in Canada or one of the parents being Canadian.
Yes I have and on my GCMS notes its says on my file number of dependants 1 - Accompanying 1- Non Accompanying , as I have 2 kids and my youngest was born 2 weeks before my flight schedule

You should prepare for the very likely scenario that once the visa officer learns your child was not medically examined and wasn't declared in your own PR app as a non-accompanying dependent, you will get a procedural fairness letter that the child is ineligible to be sponsored,
