Hi,

Ihave done 12th grade in arts in India. I want to apply for student visa in Canada.

I did 12 grade in arts

2. I have done 12 grade in 2011 and now has 3 years of gap. And didn`t study further.even though
I took admission in nursing diploma but left in between. The gap in between would be a problem.if so what can i do for this.

3. What is gic.
4. What are the documents needed to apply.
5. Please explain step by step procedure.
6. I have done ielts with 6 bands

Thanks.

Hi,

1. Course should be of your own academic stream (generally). There are lots of Diploma courses which colleges offers in Canada. You will have to search it through different college websites. eg. Seneca college, centennial college, humber college (from Toronto) and there are many more.

2. Either you can show some work experience during the 3 years of gap or can show some study.

3. GIC is Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) in the amount of $10,000 CAD which can be obtained from ScotiaBank. More info : google "GIC Scotiabank"

4. If you fall under SPP Program then there are very few documents you need to submit. More info on SPP Program and list of colleges : google it "SPP Program Canada"
5. First research the topic of SPP Program first and get yourself familiarized. Then ask specific question in this forum

6. Some colleges accepts 6 band some colleges required 6.5 and above. It depends on the course you choose and the college.

Hope this helps a bit
