I am not going to apply again to Canada. I will apply to the countries like Germany who appreciates humanity. They are now carrying even Ahghan people to their country with their own airplanes through our country. No other country in the world let them enter.

Please go with your new plan and apply to countries like Germany - way to show Canada your middle finger and make them miss the awesomeness you could have brought .May be you are the one of the luckiest who is in now Canada and watching your phone and laughing at people who did not get their study permit. Please remember when going forward you now have to include your two refusals when applying for any permit or visitor visa. The UK, US, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Also the suggestions were to improve IELTs scores, take GMAT and apply to MBA programs in a public university. No one told you, you had to go to U of T. There are other good MBA schools in Canada.
Wrong. I'm not laughing at anyone. Like most people on here with good intentions, I try my best to help as I also got help here along the way. And no, luck has got nothing to do with it, I took a lot of time to research and take great advice from people with experiences and insights on this forum.
A lot of people tried to advise you on this thread (and even on your older posts) on how to improve your chances but you adamantly submitted a subpar application twice, and still insists on doing it again. That is the classic definition of stupidity. No one to blame here but yourself.
What got me riled up in your post is your dig at Canada's new effort to offer refuge to vulnerable Afghans who assisted Canada in the past. Your denigration of that is uncalled for.
You and me now in the different spirit. Uzbekistan has no relations with Canada and we dont have embassy, even Visa Center. To apply for Canadian University I lost about 3 000 US dollars for visa fees, submitting fingerprints, and photographs in other country. But in the final step a gify from VO is waiting for me. They are refusing my application. Why they asked me to take fingerprints and photographs if they will refuse me. This is what makes me angry.
They didnt know they were to refuse you until they looked into your fingerprint and photo, i guess. You need to have listening skills ( Your IELTS results is reflection of who you are ). learn to accept different input, process and not counter argue each and every valuable advice.
