The first step that you may need to do before planning and deciding for migration is to create basic understanding of that. In order for that, you may use these kind of forums or CIC website itself. A cosultant can provide step by step approach if you pay them. But from my experience, if you are good with computers and internet, you can do it yourself.

I am in a confusion. I have done my UG in Engineering(IT) and MBA. I worked in Marketing for 2 years and HR for around 3 years.So which profession I should choose from NOC list.Kindly advise.
I believe, its your choice. To get maximum points of overseas employments, its good to show the 3 years experienced one. But you need to be sure about the possibilities of that in Canada.
Its your call to chose which profession you want to move forward with. You get max points for 3-Years of foreign work experience. The profession you chose to go ahead with should be of NOC type O, A or B for EE-FSW Eligibility. Good luck.
