Hello on the IRCC website when i check my status it says medical reuslt have been received do i still need to upload the Emedical on the IRCC webform?? Please help thank you !!

No, the medical results after your medical are uploaded by the doctors office. Please note it takes time for the results to be accepted by IRCC. Expect a delay of up to a couple of weeks to see medical passed in the system.
