Please help EE service is down

Please anybody tell me if he faced same problem in trying many and many times since 9 hours till now I can not submit my EE application so anybody advise the following is the massage appearing

I also faced this issue. Issue is actually not with the CIC server its with some of our information being incorrect. So i have deleted my profile and completed again. so please do the same.
