[please help] EE application rejected!

Hi All.
I got i guess the same rejection reason, "Police Certificate: The Police certificate from Australia that you provided with your application is not acceptable. Please consult ...". I have lived in NSW and have never resided in Queensland or Victoria hence I think i don't need any letter from Queensland or Victoria.
Can anyone here help me with what should i do?

If you’re 100% sure you submitted the right Australian PCC, Raise a webform, explain and ask to reopen your file.
Not sure how long they’ll respond.

Or If you have a decent score and would def get an invite in the next round, then just go back to the pool.
