Hello so my wifes CSQ got approved and she got the certificate then IRCC sent her an email to send a valid copy of the certificate so she just sent a PDF to the same email and also uploaded on the IRCC webform so how long do they take to aknowledge it and do they sent a confirmation email? Please help thank you !!!

Hello! I also sent a PDF of the CSQ via Webform to my VO and they acknowledge they recieved it after almost one month.

So yes at some point you should have an email saying they have received it and added it to your file

And also when they sent the confirmation after how long did they send to submit the passport ?

Honestly I am stuck at Medical since September. I sent in my CSQ in September when I got it and I haven't heard anything since......

I am waiting for medical request but my VO is very slow
