Please help: Convert IELTS TO CLb for Saskatchewan

Hello Friends,

I am qualified for Saskatchewan occupation in demand category but I have hard time deciding whats my CLB level in total. Can someone please help me out? My score is:

Listening 7.5
Speaking 7.5
Reading 6
Writing 6

Will it be CLB 7 or CLB 8?

What makes it clb 7 please? 7.5 in listening gives clb8 and 7.5 in speaking gives CLB 10 while the other two give clb7. How did you derive at clb7?

It doesn’t have to do with individual score
For
CBL 6 LRWS - 5.5/5/5.5/5.5 - Total 16 points
CBL 7 LRWS - 6/6/6/6 - Total 18 points
CBL 8 LRWS - 7.5/6.5/6.5/6.5 - Total 20 points

Hello, could someone help me in this issue I am a bit confused concerning the submission of jobs in SINP. can I submit different NOC codes as work experience?
I have 2 years experience as Architect while 6 years as Architectural technician.
