Please Help! Clarification regarding including job experience in EE profile?

Hi all,

My work history is as follows:

Company 1: 1 year exp as a software engineer
Company 2: 3 years exp as a QA enginer (2 years manual and 1 year automation)
Company 3: 8 months exp as Senior Software Engineer - QA (Automation)

For the first job, I am not planning to claim any points as I don't have supporting documentation for this. The company was closed few years ago and even back then they didn't have a proper HR process. I only have an experience letter but with no salary slips etc.
For the second job I have all supporting documentation and hoping to claim points.
For the third and current job, again I'm not going to claim points because they won't provide me with an experience letter or salary slips. They are not supportive and honestly has made my life so miserable.

My question is, if I'm only claiming points for Company 2, should I include other 2 jobs in my EE profile (I cannot provide supporting documentation for the first and current jobs) ???
Also for company 2, I am confused which NOC I should use? I spent 2 years as a manual QA and 1 year as a automation QA. So should I use 2173 or 2833?

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

In express entry program, u get max points for 3 years of work experience.since u have that in company 2 , just mention that in work history and the rest of work experience in personal history.

Thanks for the quick reply! If I mention it in personal history won't they ask for any documents?

No they wont ask ... For further peace of mind you may mention in LOE briefly . That the previous work experience have been included in personal history as any ecperince above 3 is considered same .
