:( Hi Folks!

I need help! I received my Immigrant Status last October and I am planning to get my family in the Philippines on March.
Unfortunately my eldest daughter, 6 years old, her status is "non-accompanying dependent" because I have a hard time
getting her passport before which is now solved. By the way she is my child to my first girlfriend and I have the full custody
of her ever since. She was also medically examined with her 2 brothers and my common-law.

How to change her "non-accompanying dependent status into accompanying dependent?

Is there someone out there have the same situation with me and my daughter? Please help...
Thank you...

you will have to contact the visa office and have them switch the paperwork you will also have to provide any additional documents they might want... copy of her passport, custody papers, maybe even a letter from the mother saying she is ok with the child being relocated. Good Luck!
