Hi, does anyone here take CELBAN exam?Coz i am planning to take CELBAN but unfortunately there's a minimal information about it in the internet. I am looking for a group study as well.It would be great If there are fellas here who would like to brainstorm with me. Please help me..

How come you've decided to take CELBAN rather than IELTS, CELPIP, or other types of language tests?

i do only have two options, either celban or academic ielts for internationally educated nurse. and ielts is harder so i picked celban since the exam is more on nursing topics. but the problem is that information for celban is limited.

I haven't seen any practice materials online since there aren't books published for CELBAN.

Even though IELTS is harder - you have a greater chance of improving your scores due to the amount of resources available (Books, Online Tests, Tutors, Classes)

@annabel04....yes, there are very limited celban resources because the review materials are not for copyright as I was told. If you are here in Edmonton, there's bredin institute who gives a free celban review for aspiring nurses. Tomorrow, I will have my English assessment exam with them. From there, they will gauge what area I would need to concentrate more. There's also Guru Learning Institute who will come to Edmonton this weekend to conduct a 3-day Celban crash course but this has a fee. Try also to do the mock test at celban-blog website. I hope to give you more info in the future. Cheers!

Thanks for letting me know i really appreciate it.But my dillema is i do have my work on those dates. even if i want to, coz i'm a nanny. anyway i'm considering the english learning centre that you mentioned earlier

hi yup I'm live here in edmonton. do you know a crash course for celban here?i actually changed my mind and will take ielts when i'm ready.i gave up celban coz i don't even have any idea about the exam
