Ah, I'm sorry, was my stupid mistake. If I continue, I see the page with upload placeholders. And it has 2 uploads: for PCC and for Schedule 1 form (it even says Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257) and leads here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257B_1.PDF)
But my another concern is: so should I just upload PCC here? or send with courier? Here is a full letter that I received:

>UK Police Certificates for yourself and your spouse: provide an original police
clearance certificate This must be received at this office by: 2016/03/21
> Schedule 1: A separate and newly completed Schedule 1 Background Declaration
form for your spouse . Personal history and addressess information must be completed since his
18 birthday. Please le4ave no gaps.

All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are
requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this
