please help...can we get PCC from India if i am not in India?????

Hi,

Please help me if anybody know about that...

i am in Canada with implied status and i went to BLS office for PCC but they refuse to accept my application so i am thinking to get from India with help of my Friends, so is it possible if i am here???

please let me know as soon as possible....

You can apply at your nearest Indian embassy or consulate.

i know that but i am in implied status so i don't have valid Status.
i applied for extension but it is in process and meantime i got LMIA and ITA as well.

Just send a notarized copy of your passport front and back page and your photograph to your parents in India and they can apply on your behalf.

Hey Bipin! Visit the Indian consulate in Toronto and explain your situation. They might have a look at your extension application so carry a copy along and if everything is good, they will write a note with which you can apply for PCC at BLS.
