Please help / Birth Certificate

hello ,

I am from India and planning to apply under CEC in next few days.

1) In my DOB certificate, my fathers name is written as S****KUMAR PATEL whereas in my all other documents (passport, all school certificate, driving licence) it is S****BHAI PATEL ,so do I need to attach any affidavit from Canadian advocate or Indian advocate for that?

2) For the birthplace, name of the village is same but there is a change in district as old district is separated in two part and now my birthplace comes under new district ......so for this do I need to attach any document??

For birth certificate CIC accept High school certificate also with your any one parent name n DOB , so don't submit Birth Certificate (in this case mention in cover letter you are submitting High school certificate because you don't have Birth certificate)

Regarding birth certificate meanwhile you can try for an affidavit as CIC might asks for it even you send 10th certificate. many faced this scenario .. for some CIC requested for affidavit and for some not.. It will be always better if you are ready with everything.

Not fully disagree with you BUT i know 5 of my friends including me who opted for this route (High school certificate) . Out of five 2 got PR and 3 are still under process without asking for Birth certificate affidavit

But yes OP can be ready with that , nothing harm
