Please help applying for citizenship

I am applying for citizenship.I only have first name and no family name in the passport
First name- Syed Yunus Zaidi
Last name - N/A

Actually my last name is Zaidi but I dnt have family name

So if I want my first name- Syed Yunus
AND Last name - Zaidi
what I need to do. Due to not having last name I have to face difficulties in travels

Please advice
