1st time applied under spp but rejected and reason was "Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment".

What could be the reason for delay in processing of my student visa application

Date Application Submitted: 23/07/2014 still waiting for response.

MY PROFILE:
10th 79%
12th 43 %(science biology)
bsc biotech 54%.
ielts 6 band (L6 S5.5 R6 W5.5)
APPLIED FOR DIPLOMA RESEARCH PROG. IN SENECA (3YEAR )
so what will be chances ?

u should opt for PG diploma ......diploma after bachelors is not a logical progression of ur studies. I also dont understand ur program diploma in research prog? is it biotech research. Improving IELTS can help too.
