Please help am frustrated.

Hello house
Thanks to the administrator of this forum. I have read alot of threads but i still have question.
April 2018 spousal applicant. I am stucked in background check and eligibility.
AVO is handling my application .
had an intaview passed. Medicals passed.
got a visa refusal letter In April 2019 stating that requested document was not received so reason for the refusal. I mailed the office with a prove that i actualy sent the file.
File was reopened and i was asked to resend the scheduleA form. Up to this moment no feedback. Its been 2months now. Am loosing sleep big time so much worry and panics. Dont know what to think of. Havent seen my husband over 1year. Am kind of frustrated.
Pls i need some encouragement here

I suggest you to request GCMS notes and GCMS Docs, it will give you the detail about the application and immigration officers comment and also share the documents which IRCC has for your application.
